The Enjoy Hot/Cold pad has about the same length as the Relax style pad without the flaps to go over your shoulders.  It is still great to use for behind your neck or on your shoulder but it performs best for lower back pain and abdomomen pain including stomach aches and cramps.  The Enjoy pad also works great to wrap around your knee or elbow area.  Approximate heating time is anywhere from 1-2 hours.
